The solution is as follows:

1. An acid is said to be stonger than the other when it is capable of releasing more protonium ions in the solution as compared to the other.

2. HCl is strong electrolyte so it completly dissociates in the solution and released more protonium ions than acetic acid.

3. This can be verified using pH. pH of strong acid is less than that of weak acid.
