Solution

The correct option is D triploid
Oogenesis is the process of the formation of female gamete. Normally the first polar body is formed due to unequal meiotic division of primary oocyte.
Meiosis is also known as reductional division, wherein the daughter cells will have half the number of chromosomes. Thus the ploidy of the resulting first polar body and secondary oocyte will be half of the ploidy of primary oocyte.

In the given case the ploidy of human female is 6n(hexaploid). Thus the ploidy of primary oocyte will be 6n. The resulting first polar body will have half the ploidy of the primary oocyte.
Thus the first polar body in this case will have 3 set of chromosomes (triploid or 3n).

Ploidy refers to the number of sets of homologous chromosomes in a genome of a cell or an organism. Each set is designated by n, and are named accordingly.

One set of chromosomes (1n) - Monoploid
Two sets of chromosomes (2n) - Diploid
Three sets of chromosomes (3n) - Triploid
Likewise, six sets of chromosomes (6n) - Hexaploid.
