Solution

The correct option is C Myxoedema and osteitis fibrosa cystica
Osteitis fibrosa cystica also known as osteitis fibrosa is a skeletal disorder caused by hyperparathyroidism. This stimulates the activity of osteoclasts, in a process known as osteoclastic bone resorption. Weakening of the bones occurs as their calcified supporting structures are replaced with fibrous tissue (peritrabecular fibrosis), and the formation of cyst-like brown tumors in and around the bone.
Hypothyroidism is a common endocrine disorder in which the thyroid gland does not produce enough thyroid hormone. It can cause a number of symptoms, such as tiredness, poor ability to tolerate cold, and weight gain.
