Equation I
$6 X^{2} - 7 X + 2 = 0$
$\Rightarrow 6 X^{2} - 4 X - 3 X + 2 = 0$
$\Rightarrow 2 X (3 X - 2) - 1 (3 X - 2) = 0$
$\Rightarrow (2 X - 1) (3 X - 2) = 0$
$∴ X = \frac{1}{2} o r \frac{2}{3}$

$20 Y^{2} - 31 Y + 12 = 0$
$\Rightarrow 20 Y^{2} - 15 Y - 16 Y + 12 = 0$
