I think you can't understand the line from our text.
It means that, both celcius and Kelvin are temperature scales. We know that 0°c is 273K. Here it says that assume temperature increases by 1°c, then in Kelvin scale it become 274K. So when we increase 1 unit in celcius in kelviK also the increase is one (even though the increased value is different, the increment is same.)
Consider an example: Assume a system to be in 0°C (or in other words 273K) if we increase two unit of temperature, in celcius scale it become 2°C and in Kelvin it become 275K. Here change in celcius, ∆°C = 2-0 = 2 Change in Kelvin, ∆K = 275-273 = 2
So the difference in change(∆) is same(2 in both case). But the changed value will be different (here the changed values are 2°C and 275K)
