Solution

Let the number be x

Given that square of the number is 68 less than the product of the LCM of 2 and 3 and the LCM of 3 and 4.

Therefore, x2+68=(LCM(2,3))×(LCM(3,4))

x2+68=(2×3)×(3×4)

x2+68=72

x2=7268

x2=4

x=2

Therefore the number is 2
