Profit is determined by the difference between the net expenses spent and the net revenue generated.
Net expenses = Cost price + Transportation costs = Rs. 50,000 + Rs. 5,000 = Rs. 55,000
Net revenue generated = Selling price = Rs. 59,400
Profit = Rs. 59400 - Rs. 55000 = Rs. 4400
Profit%=ProfitNet expenses×100
