I can't understand the decimal answer

Please mention the question properly. Which decimal answer are you unable to understand?

The decimal numeral system is the standard system for denoting integer and non-integer numbers.

If a number is not divisible by other number completely, we divide them further by putting a decimal point and adding a zero to the divident.

Number after the decimal point is the fractional part.
