Here, $a=5d=4\frac{1}{2}-5=\frac{9}{2}-5=\frac{-1}{2}$

(i) $T_{37}=a+(37-1)d=5+36\times \left(\frac{-1}{2}\right)=5-18=-13$

(ii) $T_{25}=a+(25-1)d=5+24\times \left(\frac{-1}{2}\right)=5-12=-7$
