How many fruits does Filecio have to grab to be sure that he got 1 apple and 1 pear with the same color?

Determine the minimum number of fruits Filecio has to grab to be sure that he got 1 apple and 1 pear with the same color:

There are 7 green pears 5 yellow apples are there,

The, the total number of fruits are:

7 green pears +5 yellow apples =12 fruits in total
So your answer would be 12 but we have a problem because none of the pears are the same color as the apples.

We can fix this by simply adding one.
1+12=13

Therefore, Filecio have to grab for be sure that he got 1 apple and 1 pear with the same color is 13.
