If I eat $\frac{1}{4}$ of a pizza, then the part of the pizza remaining is $\frac{3}{4} .$
When I divide this $\frac{3}{4}$ into three equal parts, each part equals to $\frac{3}{4} \div 3$
=> $\frac{3}{4} \times \frac{1}{3} = \frac{3}{12}$ = $\frac{1}{4}$

Thus, each part equals ${\frac{1}{4}}^{th}$ of the pizza.
