Dear Student, In males, 1500 sperms per second are produced. To get rid of these, ejaculation is performed by males. In each milliliter(ml) of ejaculate, approximately 15 million to 200 million sperms are released. Ejaculation is also believed to improve sleep, improve sperm quality and boost immune system.
