Solution

Dear Student,
Solution) Let the two digit number be xy.
The multiples of 4 are 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, ...
First digit = Second multiple of 4
⇒ x = 8.... (i)
Sum of the two digits = Third multiple of 4
⇒ x + y = 12...(ii)

Now, put x = 8 in (ii), we get,
⇒ 8 + y = 12
⇒ y = 12 - 8
⇒ y = 4
Hence, the number = xy = 84
