(i) If 150 cc of gas A contains X molecules, how many molecules of gas B will be present in 75 cc of B?

(ii) Name the law on which the given problem is based.

(i) For an ideal gas
Vnor VAnA=VBnB
Therefore, nB=VB×nAVA=75×X150=X2
(ii) It is based on Ideal gas law: PV=nRT
