The correct option is A 7
Half of the game score would be 8 points( $\frac{1}{2} \times 16$ ). Arranging my score in the ascending order I get the following order of scores.
4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 10, 11, 12, 12, 14

Clearly the games in which I scored 4, 5 and 8 don't count for this.

There are 7 games(10-3) in which I scored more than half of the game score.
