Population of Rajasthan = 570 lakhs, population of UP= 1660 lakhs.
Area of Rajasthan = 3 lakh $k m^{2}$ and area of UP = 2 lakh $k m^{2}$
How many people are there in per $k m^{2}$ in both these states?

Population of Rajasthan in 3 lakh $k m^{2}$ area = 570 lakh
So, the number of people in 1 $k m^{2}$ area of Rajasthan = $\frac{570}{3} = 190$

Population of U.P in 2 lakh $k m^{2}$ area = 1660 lakh
So, the number of people in 1 $k m^{2}$ area of U.P= $\frac{1660}{2} = 830$
