Let total number of pages in book = x , So from given information we get

$x - \frac{2 x}{9} - \frac{x}{3} = 160 \Rightarrow \frac{9 x - 2 x - 3 x}{9} = 160 \Rightarrow \frac{4 x}{9} = 160 \Rightarrow \frac{x}{9} = \frac{160}{4} \Rightarrow \frac{x}{9} = 40 \Rightarrow x = 360$
Then ,
Total number of pages in book = 360 ( Ans )
