I read in Slime moulds, that in under unfavourable conditions the plasmodium differentiates and forms fruiting bodies bearing spores at the tips . these spores contain true walls.
What is a true wall?

In slime moulds only spores contain cell walls. Slime moulds are similar to moulds which have chitinous cell wall around thier cells.But slime moulds do not have cell walls in thier vegetative stage.So these cell walls are refered as true walls.
