Conductiity of electrolyte is related to the movement of ions.
So, conductivity of molten NaCl is due to movement of Na+ and Cl ions.
Solid NaCl is not good conductor of electricity as in solid NaCl , ions are strongly bonded by ionic bond and are not free for movement.
In molten Sodium Chloride, ions of NaCl are free to move and conduct electric current.
