I was arrested by the Pakistan military in 2016 during an operation in Balochistan. Within a few weeks, the Pakistan government ordered for my execution. The Indian government tried its best to avoid my execution. Later in 2017, India appealed to the ICJ against Pakistan to suspend my execution. The ICJ asked Pakistan to provide the details that led to their decision to execute me. Due to insufficient information, Pakistan had to stop the execution. The ICJ asked the government of both India and Pakistan to provide the necessary details for the final verdict.
Who am I?
