Solution
(i) Starch is polysaccharide that is polymer of α−D−glucose and β−D−glucose
Maltose - Disaccharide ( α−D−glucose+β−D−glucose)
Fructose and glucose are monosaccharides.
(ii) Native proteins are proteins which are in their folded and/or assembled form and are fully functional
Denaturated proteins are inactive proteins in which all the biological properties of the proteins are lost.
(iii) Vitamin-K is responsible for the coagulation of blood, it maintains the clotting factor named prothrombin.
