Identify and correct the mistakes in the following sentences: While balancing a chemical equation,
a) change the formulae wherever necessary.
b) use the upward arrow mark () if the product formed is a precipitate.

While writing a balanced chemical equation:-
(i) Never change the formula of the compound. You can add coefficient before any formula to balance the chemical equation.
(ii) Use the downward arrow () if the product formed is a precipitate. The upward arrow () is used when the product formed is a gas.
