The correct option is A Sertoli cells
Sertoli cells or nurse cells are large pyramidal cells present in the wall of seminiferous tubules (germinal epithelium) of human testes. It secretes an androgen-binding protein (ABP) that concentrate testosterone in the seminiferous tubules. These cells also secrete another protein inhibit which suppresses FSH synthesis. It nourishes the developing sperms. Hence, called nurse cells.
So, the correct answer is option A.
