The correct option is A Sertoli cells Sertoli cells or nurse cells are large pyramidal cells present in the wall of seminiferous tubules (germinal epithelium) of human testes. It secretes an androgen-binding protein (ABP) that concentrate testosterone in the seminiferous tubules. These cells also secrete another protein inhibit which suppresses FSH synthesis. It nourishes the developing sperms. Hence, called nurse cells.
