The correct option is B (2,1)
3x+4y=10---(1)
xy=1---(2)

Substitute the values of first option x=2 and y=1

In equations (1) and (2)

3(2)+4(1)=10

6+4=10

10=10

xy=1

21=1

1=1

Therefore, the first option satisfied the linear equations.

Likewise substitute the value of second option x=1,y=1

3x+4y=10
3(1)+4(1)=10

xy=1
