The correct option is D $I$ and $I I I$ are anomers; $I$ and $I I$ are epimers
Anomers are those who have different arrangement at $C - 1$ carbon. Epimers are those who have different arrangement at any other carbon.
Thus, in (I) and (III), the arrangement of $O M e$ is different which is at $C - 1$ carbon. Thus (I) and (III) are anomers.
In (I) & (II) the arrangement of $- O H$ is different at $C - 4$ carbon, thus (I) and (II) are $C - 4$ epimers.
