The total charge inside it is Qin=3Q3Q+2Q=2Q
By Gauss's law, the field at distance r>c from center is
E.4πr3=Qinϵ0=2Qϵ0
or E=2Q4πϵ0r2
Thus, the field is uniform through out the Gaussian surface. Its direction radially outward from the surface as shown in figure.
