The correct option is A Bile is produced by gall bladder.
The stomach is divided into three parts- Cardiac, Fundus or Body and Pylorus. Oxyntic cells (=Parietal calls) are large and most numerous on the side walls of the gastric glands. They are called oxyntic cells because they stain strongly with eosin dye. They are called parietal cells as they lie against the basement membrane. They secrete hydrochloric acid and Castle intrinsic factor. Bile juice is produced in liver. Bile is stored and concentrated in the gall bladder. The gall bladder periodically releases bile through cystic duct. Thus, the correct answer is option A.
