The correct option is C 1 and 3
In the given first circular object, there are a total of 4 parts and 1 part is shaded amongst them. Therefore, the ratio of shaded part to the total number of parts is:

ShadedTotal=14

Now, consider the second circular object, there are a total of 4 parts and 2 parts are shaded amongst them. Therefore, the ratio of shaded parts to the total number of parts is:

ShadedTotal=24=12

Now, in the third object, there are a total of 4 squares and 3 squares are shaded amongst them. Therefore, the ratio of shaded squares to the total number of squares is:

ShadedTotal=14

Finally, in the last object, there are a total of 4 squares and none of the squares are shaded amongst them. Therefore, the ratio of shaded squares to the total number of squares is:

ShadedTotal=04=0

Since the fraction of all of first and third objects is same that is 14.

Hence, the figure 1 and 3 represents the equal parts.
