A. Vasopressin or ADH (Anti diuretic hormone) is secreted from the posterior part of pituitary gland. This hormone increases reabsorption of water in kidneys and this results in decreased rate of urine production.
B. Relaxin is a protein hormone secreted by placenta. It dilates the cervix and aids in childbirth.
C. Prolactin, also known as lactogenic hormone is produced by the pituitary gland. This hormones stimulates the production of milk in mammary glands during pregnancy. It is secreted in males also but remains non-functional.
