Lake water
A liquid is a state of the matter which has a definite volume but no definite shape.
If we put a few blocks of ice or a ball of snow in a container, its shape doesn't change, so they occupy a fixed volume as well as shape.
In the case of water in a lake, if it is filled in a bowl, it takes the shape of the bowl. Thus it has fixed volume but not fixed the shape.
Water vapour neither has a fixed shape nor fixed volume.
So as per the properties, water in the lake is the best example of liquid.
