Solution

The correct option is C C and D
Innate immunity is a non-specific type of defence mechanism which an individual possesses by birth because of their constitutional make up. It includes all the barriers (physical, physiological, cytokine and cellular) with which an individual is born and protects the body from the invading pathogens. It includes the following

Physical barrier : The agents which prevent the invasion of microorganisms like skin, mucus membrane etc.
Physiological barriers : The physiological secretions or reactions that prevent the growth of microorganisms in our body. Examples include increase in body temperature or pH of body fluids. HCl (pH 2-3) produced in the stomach kills pathogens.
Cytokine barriers : The chemicals which are produced by the cells which kill pathogens or interfere with their multiplication. For example, the cells which are invaded by viruses produce an antiviral protein called interferferons.
Cellular barriers : Cells which prevent the entry of microorganisms. For example Polymorphonuclear leukocytes(PMN - white blood cells with lobed nuclei) like neutrophils attack the bacteria and kill them.

PMN are cellular barriers not cytokine barriers and lysozyme is a physiological barrier not cellular barrier. Hence C and D are wrong.
