In the number tower, the box on the top layer has the number equal to the sum of numbers on the two boxes immediately below it.

That means each box has a number which is a sum of the numbers on its two adjacent lower boxes.

For example,
11 has 7 and 4 below it.
Therefore,
we can write 11 = 7 + 4

Similarly, 14 has A and 10 below it.
So, 10+A=14
A=4


Since B has A and 12 below it,
Therefore,
12+4=16

B=16
and,
Since C has B and 16 below it,
Therefore,
16+16=32

C=32
