Solution

The correct option is A dispersed, Active
When a subject is directly acting on the object, the sentence is written in Active voice
When the object is acted upon by the subject, the sentence is written in Passive voice.
Option A is correct because the given sentence shows what the subject has done. Therefore the sentence proves to be in active form along with the verb which is identified as past participle form.
Whereas, option B states the sentence to be passive; option C contains present perfect and is active which proves to be incorrect because only past participle is to identified and option D contains present perfect instead of identifying only the past participle verb and also states it to be passive which is incorrect. Therefore, these three options are incorrect
