In the given image, it is clearly visible that the sister chromatids are moving to opposite poles. This occurs during anaphase.

Prophase - Chromatin condensation forming chromosomes.
Metaphase - Chromosomes align in the centre of the cell.
Anaphase - Sister chromatids separate and move to opposite poles.
Telophase - Two nuclei are formed, chromosomes decondense to form chromatin.

The structure labelled as X in the diagram are centrioles. The spindle fibres composed of microtubules arise from centrioles. Centrioles also organize the microtubules so that they get attached to the chromosomes. Hence, centrioles are called MTOC (microtubule organising apparatus).
