The given structure is of double-stranded DNA having two strands. They contain nitrogenous bases- adenine, cytosine, thymine, and guanine which are attached to each other by hydrogen bonds. In DNA always purine forms a bond with pyrimidine i.e adenine with thymine and cytosine with guanine.
