The particles present in a liquid such as kerosene (that is a non electrolyte) are molecules.. Since kerosene is a non electrolyte, its molecules do not undergo dissociation. Other non electrolytes such as urea, glucose etc do not dissociate and hence contains molecules.
Note: Aqueous solutions of electrolytes such as NaCl contains ions as they undergo dissociation.
