Solution

The correct options are
B Multan
C Lahore
The province of Punjab was divided into two provinces or subas - Lahore and Multan. The Punjab suba was further sub-divided into parganas as Sirhind, Sultanpur and Dipalpur. All these parganas fell under the direct control of the Sultan. Among the sub-provinces, Dipalpur was powerful. Sikandar Lodhi is one of the most famous sultans of the Lodhi dynasty. He was well-known for his administrative capabilities. He centralised the administration of the Sultanate and wielded complete control over his chiefs and jagirdars or landlords.
