(6xy8x+9y+4)(5x+2yx+9y+4xz).

Simplifying the expression, we get
=(6xy8x+9y+4)2xy+xz5x9y4)
Grouping all the like terms, we get,
= [(6xy2xy)+xz+(8x5x)+(9y9y)+(44)]
= (4xy+xz13x)
