LINKAGE ISOMERS as nitrate is a ambidentate ligand. It is a monodentate ligand having two donating sites, in complex 1 N- donates lone pair and in complex 2 oxygen donates hence they are Linkage isomers of each other.
The isomers formed due to ambidentate ligand are called as Linkage Isomers.
