Joints present in the skull are known as fixed joints(F).
The point at which two separate bones are joined together is known as joints. With the help of these joints, we can bend or move our body parts. On the basis of the mobility of the joints, they are classified into the following types: ball-and-socket joint, hinge joint, pivotal joint, gliding joint and synovial joints.
There are some joints between bones in our skull which are immovable and such joints are known as fixed joints.
