Solution

Skin:

  1. The skin is made up of squamous epithelial tissue.
  2. This type of tissue is made up of flat, single-layered cells.
  3. The skin is divided into three layers: the epidermis, dermis, and hypodermis.

The bark of the tree:

  1. The bark of the tree consists of many layers, such as the periderm, primary cortex, pericycle, and primary and secondary phloem.
  2. These tissues that make up the bark of the tree are present outside the vascular cambium.

Bone:

  1. Bone is made up of two types of tissue: compact tissue and cancellous tissue.
  2. The hard outer layer is the compact tissue, whereas the cancellous tissue is the spongy inner layer that contains the red bone marrow.
  3. Bone tissue is maintained by two types of cells: the osteoblast and the osteoclast.

The lining of the kidney tubule:

  1. The lining of the kidney tubule is made up of cuboidal epithelium tissue.
  2. These cells are cuboidal in shape and contain a large nucleus, which is usually situated at the center of the cell.

Vascular bundle:

  1. The xylem and phloem constitute the vascular bundles.
