Physical change:
The change in which the physical properties (state, size and texture) change and chemical composition do not change is called a physical change.
Eg: Cutting paper, dissolving salt in water, melting butter and breaking glass.

Chemical change:
The change in which the chemical composition of the substance changes and a new substance is formed with entirely different properties is called a chemical change.
Eg: Rusting, Fire and cooking.
