The correct option is C 34 kg
Paul paid ₹24.
₹24 = ₹16 + ₹8
1 kg of onion costs ₹32.
Then 12 kg costs 32÷2=16
[A number is divided by 2 to get the half of it.]
and 14 kg costs 32÷4=8
[A number is divided by 4 to get the quarter of it.]
(12+14)=34kg costs (16+8) = ₹24

So, Paul bought 34kg of onions for ₹24.
