The correct option is A 1.4 volts
Given all the cells are connected in parallel and also all are ideal cell that is they don't have resistance.
Suppose all the cells are connected between two points A and B .
Then potential difference between A and B will be [VaVb]
[VaVb] will be equal to the EMF of the cells i.e. 1.4 volts ( by going along any of the path we can find this by applying Kirchhoff's law)
