Consider a battery between a and b.
$V_{ef}=100V$
Appling KVL in loop fecd we get
$V_{fe}-V_{C_1}-V_{C_2}-V_{C_3}=0\Rightarrow \frac{Q}{C_1}+\frac{Q}{C_2}+\frac{Q}{C_3}=100$
As capacitance are equal
$\Rightarrow \frac{3Q}{C}=100\Rightarrow \frac{Q}{C}=\frac{100}{3}=33.33V$
