The correct option is A 20
Total quantity of oil = 15 litres
Since each 1-litre bottle is filled $\frac{3}{4}$ th
$∴$ Amount of oil stored in 1 bottle = $\frac{3}{4} \times 1$ = $\frac{3}{4}$ litre

Number of bottles = $15 \div \frac{3}{4}$
= $15 \times \frac{4}{3}$
= $5 \times 4$
