Let the first and second numbers be x and y , respectively
$y-x\times \frac{25}{100}=y\times \frac{5}{6}$
$y-\frac{x}{4}=\frac{5}{6}y$
$\frac{1}{6}y=\frac{x}{4}$
$\therefore x:y=2:3$
