If 27*3=243 and 5*4=80 then what is the value of 3*7?

If we see the two condition we will get equation of form
(a b) = c
a*b^2 = c
(27 3) = 27* 3 *3 = 243
(5 4) = 5 * 4 *4 = 80
So (3 *7)= 3*7*7 = 147
Answer : 147
