If 2A=3B=5C then find a:b:c.

Open in App
Solution

STEP 1: Find the LCM of 3,2 and 5, i.e. 30.

STEP 2: All the three numbers have a common factor,i.e. 30. So, the value of a,b and c will be the number which has to be multiplied by the constant to get 30.

STEP 3: 3A=30, therefore a= 10, 2B=30, b=15 and 5c=30, c=6.

Therefore a=10, b=15 and c=6.
