The correct option is D Increase Let’s write 59 as a decimal expansion.
If 3 is added to the numerator and denominator of 59 , we get:
59=5+39+3=812
Decimal value of 812.
As we can see that 59 is smaller than 812 ,
so the value of the fraction will increase.
